I have a passion to see people find wholeness, purpose, joy and hope! We are supposed to band together to help one another so in addition to my work as a midwife I have partnered with several ministries and missions that align with my vision.
Ujima Maternity Network, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit organization established to address the Black Maternal and Infant health crisis in the state of Arkansas experienced by Black (expectant) mothers. Black birth workers and maternal advocates are dedicated to making positive impacts within the birthing community to help ensure Black mothers survive and thrive during their pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences with advocacy, support and safety.
I am privileged to serve UMN, Inc at their monthly maternal care community outreaches every second Saturday of the month in Conway Ar. If you would like to attend the community outreach events you will need to register on their website. |
